From the KEES Home Page:
Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Contact Log from Local Navigation. The Contact Log Search page displays.
Select one of the three Search By options from the drop-down menu and enter the mandatory fields.
Searching by Worker ID
Click Select button. The Select Worker page displays.
Enter Last and First Name or Worker ID and click the Search button. The Select Worker page displays.
Click the radio button next to the correct worker and click the Select button.
Searching by Case
Enter the Case Number.
Do not click the Select button.
Searching by Non-Case Related
Enter the Last Name
Enter additional search criteria (optional):
Contact Reason
Date From
Date To
Click the Search button. The Content Log Search page displays with the results.
