From the KEES Home page:
Click the View All button in the Task Portlet. The Task Inventory page displays.
Apply filters to search for a list of tasks pertaining to the user’s job assignment.
Filters can be left blank for the search, however, the more filters applied, the more refined the results are.

Select Completed to search for completed tasks
Select Rejected to search for rejected tasks
Date Range

Click the Search button. The Task Inventory page displays with a list of tasks fitting the user’s search criteria.
Tasks can be sorted using the carets one column at a time.
NOTE: The system defaults to display the most recent 2 months of tasks in Task Inventory. Only tasks created in the last 2 months display when searching for Completed or Rejected tasks.
Click the Task hyperlink. The Task Details window opens.
The following sections are editable for Rejected and Completed tasks.
Status Reason
Priority
Due Date
Review Due
Comments
Click the Save and Continue button to save the edits. The Task Inventory window re-displays.
NOTE: An error message is generated when users attempt to claim, void, reassign, release or complete a Rejected or Completed task.
Click the Refine Your Search button and return to STEP 2 to search for additional tasks.
