View a Response to an Additional Information Request

1. Navigate to OIM.

2. Enter the User Login and Password. Click the Sign In button. The page displays.

3. Click the Tasks tab. The task for each security request displays in the Task List.

4. Click the Request ID number to view the task details.

5. Select the Request Comments tab to view the response from the requester.
