Selecting Office Location when Utilizing IN Printer
Tasks are not generated in KEES for the correct office location when staff use ImageNow Printer (IN Printer) and manually select an office location to route work to an office other than the office associated to the imager’s worker ID. Until this is fixed, staff need to manually reassign the task to the correct office location. See Reassigning a Task in the KEES User Manual for detailed steps.
Timely Exception Notice Reason
The Timely Exception Notice Reason of Client/Admin Error used when processing an overpayment is not appearing in KEES. Select the reason of Waiver on File until this is fixed.
