Adding or Updating WP Program Status

A WP Program Status must be added or updated any time there is a change in a participant’s WP status. WP Program Status options are:

NOTE: If a WP program block exists in Pending status and needs to be assigned to an Employment Services worker, follow the Reassign a Program Block steps prior to completing these steps.

To Add or Update WP Program Status:

  1. Within the context of a case, select Services from Global Navigation. Select WP from Task Navigation. The WP Status List page displays.

  2. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down. Click the View button. The WP Status List page redisplays.

  3. Click the Add Status button from the Program section. The WP Status Detail page displays.

  4. Select a value from the Status drop-down menu. If Pending was selected from the Status drop-down menu, proceed to STEP 6.

  5. Select a value from the Status Reason drop-down menu.

  6. Enter the date participation status changed as the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  7. Click the Save and Return button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. This page shows KEES is end dating the existing record and starting a new record.

  8. Verify the dates are correct, then click the Save button.   The WP Status List page displays.

NOTE: If the participant did not have a previous program status or when entering the same start date as a previous program status, there will be no End Date for the record listed under “The system adjusts the effective date of this record:” section.
