Editing an Activity

NOTE: End Dates on the Customer Activity Detail page should be in sync with participation recorded on the Activity Progress Detail page.  For example, if staff have recorded participation hours on the Activity Progress Detail page for every week in September, the Customer Activity End Date should not be prior to the last day of the month.

 

  1. Select Services from Global Navigation. Select Activities from Local Navigation. Select Customer Activities from Task Navigation. The Customer Activities List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the activity that you wish to edit. The Customer Activity Detail page displays.

  3. Update appropriate fields as needed.
    NOTE: Start Date can be edited manually after the fact, however if a date after the original date is chosen, any hours during the eliminated timeframe could be lost.

  4. Click Save and Return. The Customer Activities List page displays.
