Editing or End Dating a Non-Compliance Record

NOTE:  If a Non-Compliance record was created to deny an application and the consumer complies and should be approved in the application month, the Non-Compliance record should be Removed and a journal entry added.  

Example: An application is denied for failure to provide, but provides the needed verifications within the processing guidelines, the Non-Compliance should be removed and documented in the journal.

To Edit or End Date a Non-Compliance Record

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Non-Compliance from Task Navigation. The Eligibility Non-Compliance List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button for the appropriate Non-Compliance record. The Eligibility Non-Compliance Detail page displays.

  3. Enter the Override End Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.  The date is the last day of the month the non-compliance needs to end.

NOTE:  The Override End Date field should only be utilized when the End Date is not populated by KEES or at a supervisor's discretion.

  1. If applicable, enter the Compliance Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.  The Compliance Date is the actual date the consumer became compliant.  For example, the date the information was provided or cured a penalty.

  1. If necessary, enter more information about the Compliance in the Comments box.  Example, the consumer completed 2 full weeks of job search to cure the Work Programs penalty.

  2. Click the Save and Return button.
