The placement provider must be open on the Medical Programs block for the duration medical coverage is active. If the child returns home before the 15th of the month, medical coverage continues through the end of the current month. If the child returns home after the 15th of the month, medical coverage continues through the end of the following month.
Example: If the child returns home 3/7/20XX coverage would end 3/31/20XX and EDBC runs for 04/20XX. If the child returns home 3/16/20XX coverage ends 4/30/20XX and EDBC runs for 05/20XX.
