Select Case Info from Global Navigation. The Person Search page displays.
Complete a search with as much information on the consumer as available:
First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Client ID (Must include all 10 digits)
Phone Number
Address
NOTE: If the consumer is not found, both First Name and Last Name fields can utilize a wild card search. Therefore, the user can enter partial first and last names to get a larger return on their search.
Example: If the user was looking for Barbara Jenkins, they could enter Bar in the First Name field and Jenk in the Last Name field. This would return any persons in KEES whose first three letters of their first name were ‘Bar’ and the first four letters of their last name were ‘Jenk’.
Enter the search criteria and then click the Search button. The Person Search page displays the Search Results Summary page with a list of potential matches.
If the person is found, proceed to STEP 6.

A usable case number must contain PPS program blocks only, such as Foster Care, Adoption Assistance, and Medical with a PPS Requested Medical Type. The child must be the case head/primary applicant recipient. See Usable Case Number for more information.
EXCEPTION: A PPS Vendor Payment Program block may be added to a non-medical case (TANF, FA) if the payments are for Family Services or Adult Protective Service consumers. See Vendor Payments - PPS.

While on the Case Summary page, in the All People Associated with the Case section, click the Person’s Name to navigate back to the Person View page. Follow STEP 7 - STEP 8 to research other case numbers associated to the same person.

NOTE: The child should be the only person listed in All People Associated with the Case.
EXCEPTION: For Family Services and Adult Protective Services Vendor Payments, the PPS vendor payment block may be added to an ‘active’ EES Non-Medical case. EES Non-Medical Program blocks include: Food Assistance, Diversion, TANF, FA E&T and Child Care. All persons associated to the EES Non-Medical program blocks will be listed in the All People Associated with the Case section.
Click the Refine Your Search link at the top of the Person Search page to adjust the search criteria entered.
