Living Arrangements - Non-Medical

The Living Arrangements Detail page is used to record when a consumer is in a special living situation. KEES utilizes this record to determine if the consumer is in a living arrangement that allows benefits.

Adding a Living Arrangements Record

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation.  Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Living Arrgmt from Task Navigation. The Living Arrangements List page displays.

  2. Click the Add button. The Living Arrangements Detail page displays.

  3. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the Living Arrangement Type from the drop-down menu.

  5. Enter an Arrival Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  6. Enter a Departure Date (if applicable) using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  7. Select a Verified value from the drop-down menu.

  8. Click the Save and Add Another button to add additional records. Otherwise, click the Save and Return button.  If a Living Arrangement record already exists for the consumer the Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. Verify the Begin and End Dates are correct, then click the Save button. The Living Arrangements List page displays.

End Dating a Living Arrangements Record

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Living Arrgmt from Task Navigation. The Living Arrangements List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button for the record that is ending. The Living Arrangements Detail page displays.

  3. Enter a Departure Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  4. Click the Save and Return button. The Living Arrangements List page displays.
