Reapply Program - Non-Medical

NOTE: Always Rescind before you Reapply.  If some Program Persons need to be Rescinded and others are a new request that requires a Reapply, always complete the Rescind first.

Reapply allows a user to log a new application on an existing Denied or Discontinued program. The Reapply button does not display for a denied or discontinued program if there is an approved application for ALL persons in the future or if there is already a pending application for all persons.  All Case Persons should be added to the case prior to completing the reapply process.  See Add a Case Person for more information.

NOTE: Add or update Contact Information prior to registering the new application date. See Add Address for more information.
