File Clearance and Registration Warning Messages

When registering a case or program, the user may receive a “warning” message when trying to complete an action. There are two types of Registration warnings: Soft Warnings and Hard Warnings.

Soft Warning:

A soft warning alerts the user to review the case to ensure that the data used is correct and the action taken is appropriate. Examples of soft warnings:

Hard Warning:

A hard warning requires the user to review and update the case data or take a different action. Hard warnings do not allow the user to move on until the issue is resolved. Examples of hard warnings:
