Reapply Warning Messages

When clicking Save and Return from the New/Reapplication Detail page a Warning message may display. These messages are categorized as either Soft or Hard Warnings.  

• Soft Warning – alerts the user to review the case to ensure that the:
• • Data used is correct
  • Action taken is appropriate

Users will receive the Soft Warning Message below when they Reapply an application within the same month and year:  

Error! You have chosen to reapply. An application already exists for the same month and year, are you sure you want to reapply?

If this action is correct, click Save and Return otherwise click Cancel and see Rescind Program for information on the correct steps to take.

• Hard Warning – requires the user to review and update the case data to save the record.

Users will receive the Hard Warning Message below when the Application Date is the same as a previous application for a program person:  

Error! An application for this date already exists, please rescind the existing application.

When this message displays, you must click Cancel to navigate back to the Case Summary page and Rescind.
