Searching for an Existing NAC Match

An existing NAC match should be updated when final action is taken on the case. To update an existing NAC match, we must first locate the record.

To search for an existing NAC Match record:

1. Select Special Units from Global Navigation. Select Interfaces from Local Navigation. The Interface Records Search page displays.

2. Select NAC from the Interface Type drop-down menu. The search criteria fields dynamically display.

3. Enter the applicable search criteria.
   
   NOTE: Best practice is to search using Case Number and a Match Status of Open.

4. Click the Search NAC button.
   
   NOTE: Clicking Search NAC allows KEES to communicate directly with the NAC to pull in the most recent information from the NAC Database.

5. The Search Results Summary section displays any match result that meets the search criteria.

   • If a match is returned, click the Match ID hyperlink for the desired record to view the Duplicate Participation Match Details page and take the appropriate action. See Final Disposition or Invalid Match for more details.
