This block is not used for TANF.
This block defaults to a collapsed status on the EDBC Summary page, when this block is expanded it shows information on eligibility for Work Programs.
Work Eligibility - shows Yes, No, or Exempt to indicate if the consumer is eligible for Work Programs.
Exclusion Reason - If the consumer is Exempt, the Exclusion Reason displays.
NOTE: The EDBC Summary page does not indicate when a minor parent is mandatory for Work Programs. The Eligibility Worker needs to set a manual task for Work Programs. See Adding a Task for more information on setting a manual task.
This block shows the program resource limit based on the program and the total amount of resources entered by the user for the benefit month.
The Benefit Month Resource amount is a hyperlink to the Property Detail page. The Property Detail page displays a list of resources and the countable amount used in the determination.
This block shows the Income used in the determination for that benefit month.
Self-Employment Income - the gross self-employment income recorded on the Income page. Clicking the amount hyperlink navigates the user to the EDBC Person Line Item Detail page.
Self-Employment Income Disregards - the allowed self-employment income disregards
Net Self-Employment Income - the net self-employment.
Unearned Income - the gross unearned income recorded on the Income page. Clicking the amount hyperlink takes the user to the EDBC Person Line Item Detail page.
Unearned Income Disregards - the allowed unearned income disregards.
Net Unearned Income - the net unearned income.
Earned Income - the gross earned income recorded on the Income page.
Earned Income Disregards - the allowed earned income disregards.
Net Earned Income - the net earned income.
Total Net Nonexempt Income - the net amount of the nonexempt income.
Family Unit Size - the household size being used to determine the benefit amount standard. Clicking the number hyperlink navigates the user to the Unit Size Detail page. This page shows the names, DOBs, Roles, and Role Reasons for those budgeted in the unit size.
Benefit Amount - displays the maximum gross income limit for the household size.
Result - shows Pass if the household qualifies for TANF benefits, or Fail if the household does not qualify for TANF benefits.

Assistance Unit Size - the household size being used to determine the benefit amount standard.
Assistance Unit Payment Standard - the maximum TANF benefit allowable for the Family Unit Size.
Benefit Payment - the full month’s potential benefit.
The Benefit Payment block shows the Income used in the determination for that benefit month.
Full Month Benefit Payment - the total benefit allowable for a full month.
Dates to Prorate - dates for which the consumer is receiving assistance.
Benefit Payment - the prorated benefit amount.
Final Benefit Payment - the total benefits to be paid to the consumer.
Overridden Benefit Payment - displays an overridden benefit amount if the user has completed an override.
Potential Benefit - the prorated benefit amount (or overridden amount if one exists).
Previous Potential Benefit - the amount of benefits that have already been paid for the particular EDBC month. If no benefits have been issued for the benefit month, this amount displays as $0.00. When an overpayment/underpayment is determined, this amount is subtracted from the Potential Benefit amount. If the Previous Potential Benefit (issued amount) is greater than the Potential Benefit amount, the difference displays in the Overpayment Adjustment Amount field.
Overpayment Adjustment Amount - displays the difference between the Previous Potential Benefit (issued amount) and the current Benefit amount. If no benefits have been issued for the benefit month, this amount displays as $0.00.
Overpayment - displays when an overpayment exists and shows the amount of the overpayment.
Authorized Amount - the final amount that will be authorized for the consumer’s use.
