The Verification List page displays all verifications for any individual on a case. This page is also used for Editing a Verification Record, Adding a Verification Record, and Removing a Verification Record.
NOTE: The Verification Timeliness batch uses this page to determine if a verification is overdue in order to generate a Verification Not Received task for the Program assigned to the verification record.
To navigate to the Verifications List page, follow these steps:
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.
Users can filter the list of verifications by:
Status: (defaults to Pending)
Not Applicable: Select when piece of information does not require verification
Pending: Select when a request for verification has been made
Verified: Select when piece of information is verified
Refused: Select when verification is not received by the due date
Program Type: (defaults to Non-Medical)

Name: The persons listed on the case
Type: A list of Verification values
From: The date range to display the verification by Request Date
To: The date range to display the verification by Request Date
Search: Click button to apply selected filters and view a list of verifications
Users can sort the list of verifications in the Search Results Summary section by:
NOTE: Do not use the Verify button located at the bottom of the Verification List page. This button only marks a record as Verified. This button does not update any of the page information or record a Source value. The user should always navigate to the Data Collection page to record the information the consumer has provided.
