The Energy Information Detail page records Payment, Fuel and Dwelling information used to determine a households eligibility for a LIEAP benefit.
LIEAP DCF SSP applications received on existing cases will display a NEW record on the Energy Information List page with a begin date the first day of the application month. The existing record will display but not have an end date on the Energy Information Detail page until the NEW record is Accepted.
To update an Energy Information record:
Click the Edit button for the record with a New indicator. The Energy Information Detail page displays.
The user has three options:
To reject all data reported via the SSP for this record select the
The Reject All button should only be used when the data reported is not applicable.
Click the Reject All button. A Light Box displays the question: “The following data items have been rejected. Clicking “Continue” will confirm the rejection. Do you want to continue?”
Click the Continue button to proceed or the Cancel button to re-evaluate the data before proceeding.
Clicking the Continue button closes the Light Box.
The Energy Information List page displays the rejected information no longer displays.
To accept all data reported via the SSP for this record, click the Check All button. Then click the Accept button.
To accept only some data reported via the SSP for this record:
Select each check box for the new data element(s) to be accepted.
Click the Accept button. A Light Box displays the question: “The following data items have not been accepted. Clicking “Continue” will reject this data. Do you want to continue?”
Click the Continue button to proceed or the Cancel button to re-evaluate the data before proceeding.
The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. This page shows KEES is end dating the existing record and starting a new record. Verify the dates are correct then click the Save button. Save returns the user to the Energy Information List page.
