Employment Service recipients each get their own FAET program block and can share a case number with any other Non-Medical programs, other than PPS or LIEAP. It is very important to review the Case Summary page to determine if a FAET program block already exist.
If an FAET program block doesn’t exist, follow the Add an FAET Program Block steps.
If an FAET program block exists in Pending status, follow the Reassign a Program Block steps then follow the Add or Update FAET Program Status steps.
If an FAET program block exists in Discontinued status, follow the Reassign a Program Block steps then follow the Update a Discontinued FAET Program Block steps.
