Utilize these steps when child care plan hours need overridden. For example, when child care plan hours for Relative or In Home Providers exceed the 215 hour maximum.
On the Family Plan – Child Care Detail page, click the Override button. The Calculated Hours fields within the Approved Hours and Benefit Amounts section becomes editable.
Enter the correct number of Hours for the appropriate month(s).
NOTE: Clicking the Calculate button removes any overridden months.
Click the Save and Return button. The Family Plan – Child Care Detail page displays.
NOTE: Once saved, overridden months display on the Child Care Plan Detail page in the Override Hours column in bold.
