RDB

The Resource Databank (RDB) stores and maintains resources utilized by the state in KEES. Resources are any entity that provides a service, paid or unpaid for the consumer. The RDB allows users to link specific resources to cases or consumers based on service needs.

The Resource Databank (RDB) holds six types of Medical resources or providers.

If the medical resource or provider is a case member, they do not need to be placed in the RDB. See Add/Update Administrative Role for more information.

The Resource Databank holds three types of Non-Medical resources or providers.  EES Non-Medical representatives, the person designated by the consumer to help with benefits, are not stored in the RDB.  See Authorized Representative for information on adding and updating EES Non-Medical representatives.
