File Clearance and Registration is complete.

What do I do if I discover duplicate IDs and/or case numbers?

Example: Two IDs and Case Numbers exist.  Reported to Business Support. Case Number and ID to use is.

What if I entered the wrong application date?

User can edit the application date in the program block.

NOTE: For Medical the Beginning Date of Aid is always the first of the month.

What if I forgot to assign a worker?

What if I forgot to add an address?

What if I entered an incorrect DOB, SSN, or misspelled the name?

Users can edit incorrect information on the Individual Demographics page.

NOTE: Verification values are required for some of these fields.
