VLP Tasks

The following Tasks are initiated by the VLP Interface and are generated in the Eligibility Queue; they are also searchable in Task Inventory. The Task Details for each will display the Case Number, Individual’s Name and Client ID.

VLP Task Name	Purpose	Action to Take
VLP Step 2 Response Received	Notifies user when VLP Step 2 is completed.	Go to INS Document Request Verification Detail page. Review the Step 2 Resolution Detail Data Received section Determine if the consumer is a Qualified or Non-Qualified Non-Citizen or if Step 3 needs to be initiated. Update the Non-Citizenship Detail page based on the information received. Complete the Task.

VLP Step 3 Response Received	Notifies user when VLP Step 3 is completed.	Go to INS Document Request Verification Detail page. Review the Step 3 Resolution Detail Data Received section Determine if the consumer is a Qualified or Non-Qualified Non-Citizen. Update the Non-Citizenship Detail page based on the information received. Complete the Task.
