If the consumer has a Pending Food Assistance Program Block and the user discovers after registration the consumer should be expedited the user can:
NOTE: Confirm the consumer mailing address is correct prior to completing any expedited registration so the EBT card is mailed to the correct location. See Add Address for more information.
Click the View Details button on the Food Assistance Program Block.
Click the Edit button on the Food Assistance Detail page.
Enter a Discovery Date in the Expedited Services block using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
NOTE: The Discovery Date is used to send the EBT card. This date does not impact timeliness. Timeliness is calculated from the application date.
Select Yes or No from the Verifications Postponed drop-down menu. If verifications are postponed see Postponed Verifications for additional instructions.
Click the Save and Return button to return to the Case Summary page.
NOTE: Saving the FA Program Detail page mails the EBT card to the consumer. Confirm the mailing address is correct before completing the Expedited Services block.
Verify the Expedited Services indicator displays Yes on the Food Assistance Program Block.
