Region: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific region.
Location: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific office location.
Queue: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific task queue.
Task: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific task name.
Review Due: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific review due month by entering the review due month using the <mm/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. This search filter is only applicable to review related tasks.
Worker: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks assigned to a specific worker. By clicking the Select button, the Select Worker page displays allowing the user to search by Worker ID or Name to make a selection.
Priority: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific task priority. Options include Accelerated, Expedited, KDHE Passive Review, None, and Urgent Need.
Status: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific task status. This field defaults to New. Options include New, Assigned, Completed, and Rejected.
Status Reason: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific status reason. Status reasons are specific to DCF and KDHE so care must be taken in selecting the appropriate agency.
Contact Type: Allows the user to narrow the search results to a specific contact type as set when the task was created by the Contact Log. Options are Lobby and Non-Lobby. If Lobby is selected, tasks with the contact type of Walk-In display in the search results. If Non-Lobby is selected, tasks with the contact type of Document, Email, Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Self Service Portal, Verbal and Written display in the search results.
Case Number: Allows the user to narrow search results to tasks assigned to a specific case number.
Case Name: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks assigned to a specific case name. By clicking the Select button, the Select Person page displays allowing the user to perform a Person Search to find the case name and case number. This option may be used when the case number is not readily known.
Date Range: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks in a specific date range or tasks that are newer or older than a specific date if the From or To field is left blank.
Date Type: An option from this field must be selected if a date is entered in the Date Range field(s). Options are Completion Date, Created Date, Due Date, and Received Date. Search results display based on the date type for the date(s) selected.
App Id: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks assigned to a specific App ID from either the Self Service Portal or ImageNow.
Assigned to Me: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks assigned to the user.
E-App Source: Allows the user to narrow the search results to tasks generated from a specific E-App source. Options include FFM, LIS, Presumptive Eligibility, SSP Medical, SSP Non-Medical and Worker Portal.
