Journal - Non-Medical

The Journal provides the ability to record information and actions related to a case.  The Journal is the central location to quickly determine the current or historical actions specific to a case. Journal entries may be system generated or manually created by users. System generated journal entries are created based on specific actions and are identified as either ‘Auto Logs’ or ‘Batch Process’. User created journal entries are automatically identified by the user’s name and Worker ID.

Journal entries can contain alphabetic (A-Z, a-z) and numeric (0-9) characters, as well as the following special characters:

\ ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) { } [ ] ' ; " : ? . , + = |  / ` _ - ] + $
