Persons or entities that provide services or activities at no charge to DCF are created and maintained in the Resource Databank (RDB) by the Employment Services RDB Maintainer. Non-Paid Providers are added to the Resource Databank with a Category of Resources. The Employment Services RDB Maintainer is responsible for the additions and maintenance of the Services and Activities associated to these providers.
