Work Programs (WP) Program Block and Status

Employment Service recipients each get their own Work Programs program block and can share a case number with any other Non-Medical programs, other than PPS or  LIEAP. It is very important to review the Case Summary page to determine if a Work Programs program block already exist.

Family/Person Safety Questions

The Family/Person Safety questions are recorded on the TANF Detail page. Staff should update the information at initial application and no less than every six months.

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Click the View Details button in the TANF program block. The TANF Detail page displays.

  3. Click the Edit button. The TANF Detail page redisplays in an editable format.

  4. Click the Edit button for the TANF mandatory adult in the Program Persons block. The TANF Person Detail page displays.

  5. Review or edit the four Family/Person Safety questions by selecting Yes or No from the drop-down menus.

  6. Click the Save and Return button. The TANF Detail page displays.  Repeat STEP 4 and STEP 5 for all TANF mandatory adults.

  7. Click the Save and Return button. The Case Summary page displays.
