Resource Databank

The Resource Databank (RDB) holds six types of Medical resources or providers.

• Facilitators

• Institutional Care Providers

• HCBS

• Representatives, including:

1. • Medical Representative

   • Guardian

   • Conservator

   • Legal Custodian

   • Representative Payee for Social Security

If the medical resource or provider is a case member, they do not need to be placed in the RDB. See Add/Update Administrative Role for more information.
