Complete the following steps to perform the Registration process on e-Applications.

NOTE: e-Applications are generated from the Worker Portal, Self-Service Portal (SSP), the Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Tool, LIS/MIPPA interface, and the Federal Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).

To perform the Registration process on e-Applications

1. Perform Person Search and determine if there is a Usable Case Number in KEES.

   1. Was a Usable Case Number located in KEES?

      • If Yes, stop here and proceed to Existing Case e-Application Registration. .

      • If No, proceed to New Case e-Application Registration.

   2. If an e-application is identified as a duplicate, proceed to Duplicate e-Application.
