Prior to indicating Good Cause, the Noncustodial Detail page should be completed. See Adding a Noncustodial Parent Record or Editing a Noncustodial Parent Record for additional information.
The user should only use the Claim Good Cause button if Good Cause is being granted as per policy.
The Good Cause Detail page should not be completed when the consumer has not been granted Good Cause.
