Certain data collection pages are required for all medical programs. Others are only used for specific medical programs. It is important to note that all pages should be looked at to make sure existing records do not need updated even if the word New does not display for the page.
The e-Application Summary may not display all the needed or correct information. Utilize the PDF application to verify that all the information the consumer provided is entered in the correct fields.
For example, if a consumer was previously employed the last time they received assistance, that record will not have an end date in KEES. If they are no longer employed, New will not display when they file a new application because the consumer is not reporting information related to employment on the application.
To navigate to the Non-Financial Data Collection pages, follow these steps:
- Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the Task Navigation and click Go. See Person Search or Person Search-Family Medical for detailed steps.
- Click Eligibility from Global Navigation.
- Click Customer Information from Local Navigation. From here the non-financial data collection links display from Task Navigation.
- Click the + or – sign next to Non-Financial to expand or collapse the list of non-financial data collection pages.
