To navigate to the Non-Financial Data Collection pages, follow these steps:
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number from Task Navigation and click the Go button.
Select Eligibility from Global Navigation.
Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. The non-financial data collection links display from Task Navigation.
Note: When processing an application, all information present on the application must be entered into KEES with the appropriate Verification status (Verified, Pending, Not Applicable or Refused).
If requesting verification from the applicant, it is important that workers create applicable KEES Non-Financial and/or Financial records with a Pending Verification status prior to making the request. This is required to ensure accurate case history is maintained.
Certain data collection pages are required for all medical programs. Others are only used for specific medical programs. It is important to note that some pages are not to be utilized until Phase 3.
