The Verification List page displays all verifications for any individual on a case. This page is also used to Edit a Verification Record, Add a Verification Record, Remove a Verification Record, Request Verifications, and Generate a Request for Verification Form.
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in Task Navigation and click Go.
Click Eligibility from Global Navigation.
Click Customer Information from Local Navigation.
Click Verifications from Task Navigation.
Users can filter the list of verifications by:
Status:
Not Applicable: Select when piece of information does not require verification
Pending: Select when a request for verification has been made
Verified: Select when piece of information is verified
Refused: Select when verification is not received by the due date
Program Type:
All
Medical
Non-Medical
From: The date range to display the verification by Request Date
To: The date range to display the verification by Request Date
View: Click button to apply selected filters and view a list of verifications
User can sort the list of verifications in the Search Results Summary section by:
Type: Click the hyperlink to navigate to the Verification Detail page
Program Type: Used to sort verifications by program
Name: Case Member for whom the verification is required
Requested Date: Date the verification is set to Pending
Due Date: Automatically set to 10 days after the Request Date

Postponed ES: Not applicable to Phase 2
Action: Click the Edit button to navigate to the Verification Detail page
NOTE: Do not use the Verify button located at the bottom of the Verification List page.
